Tasmanian organisations: please lodge your requests by filling out the form below.
Tassie Face Mask Project masks are a 3 layer cloth face mask that are made using polyester/cotton that have provision for nose wire and a filter to be inserted by the end user.
They are NOT a medical grade mask and are NOT recommended to be worn in clinical areas or replace medical grade masks.
Our sewists make these fabric face masks with love. Masks are available free of charge to organisations that provide care to vulnerable and disadvantaged Tasmanians.
They are also available for purchase by individuals or other organisation’s within Tasmania for $10 each plus postage. For every mask purchased we will pay one forward to a vulnerable Tasmania.
Postage in Tasmania is:
$8.50 regular post
$11.50 Express Post (please indicate in comments which you’d prefer)
We are able to offer free collection in Launceston ONLY.
As a guide to what size you might need to order, please measure from cheek bone to cheek bone. Sizing is approximate as all masks are individually made with love.
Child – 15.5cm
Small Adult – 17.5cm
Medium Adult – 20.5cm
Large Adult – 23cm
Extra large Adult -24.5cm
Donations are gratefully accepted through our Not for Profit Organisation, Flourishing Communities Inc, we will send you our banking details with further information about the masks. All monies received are used to purchase materials and items required for the running of this project. Funds raised will pay masks forward to vulnerable people in Tasmania.

To our mainland friends: We are busy preparing Tasmania with masks, so we are ready should there be a further outbreak in our beautiful state. As such, we regret to advise that Tassie Face Mask Project is no longer able to assist with interstate requests.
